Q. How many magazines do you offer?
A. Currently we carry over 1300 different magazines covering many different interests.

Q. How do I find a specific title?
A. Enter the title name into the search box located on every page of our website. For more results use a portion of the title.

Ordering & Delivery

Q. When will I receive my first issue?
A. It takes about one week for orders to be processed by Suscriba.com. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you’ve ordered is published and the publisher. Typcically you should allow 4-12 weeks for the start of your subscriptions. Weekly magazines tend to be at the short end of the range and monthly and less frequent magazines tend to be at the higher end of the range.  These are standard delivery times whether you order directly from the publisher, or from a discount service such as suscriba.com.

Q. Do you ship magazines overseas?
A. Currently, no.  We are only able to ship to the 50 U.S. States and its territories. This includes APO/FPO Addresses.

Q. How do I change the shipping information for my magazine?
A. If you haven't received your first issue, please contact us and we'll update your information with the publisher. Once you have received your first issue, your account will only be handled by them and you should contact them directly.

Renewals

Q. Can I renew my subscription?
A. Sure. You have the option of purchasing either a new subscription or a renewal. Please be advised that renewals are processed within a similar time frame as new subscriptions.

Q. If I am renewing a subscription should I tell you when my subscriptions ends?
A. No. Publishers will have your information on file. Your new subscription will begin automatically when your previous subscription ends.

Q. Do you automatically renew my subscription?
A. No we do not automatically renew your subscription.

Refunds & Payments

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If you find that within the first three months of placing your order you are not 100% satisfied — for any reason — let us know and we will gladly give you a full, prompt refund. Due to the high discount levels we offer our customers we are unable able to refund subscriptions after 90 days unless the publication is out of print,the subscription was never delivered or there was an error on our part.

Q.What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Free Magazine Redemption

Q.How Do I redeem for my free magazines?
A. You will first need to complete your original order. After you place your order: Just select the magazine you want from the list of free magazines and add it to your shopping cart. Then you will be promoted to log into your account. You will then see that you have the option to pay for your magazine or to 'Redeem" the magazines. Click 'Redeem' for and you can now check your magazine out for free.
